How do I get my free sample?
Send a clear product photo and your email address. Our team creates a finished sample and emails it to you. While online submission is unavailable, email your photo to hello@round6.co.
How is the photography made?
Our team uses a specialised AI system developed inside Round 6, informed by more than twenty years of experience in marketing, creative direction, and product photography. We direct each set, check the product details, select the images, and finish them for delivery.
Will my product still look like my product?
Preserving its identity is part of the work. We check labels, branding, shape, proportions, materials, textures, and colours against your references. The creative changes happen in the lighting, setting, styling, and composition around it.
Can I choose the look?
The monthly plan includes custom visual-direction fine-tuning. We work with you to establish the look and refine it over time. The one-off uses Glow Up's established creative direction, with the same selection and finishing care.
What if I need changes?
Every paid set includes one consolidated revision round. Extra rounds or a new direction are quoted separately.
How long does a paid set take?
Three business days from an accepted brief. We confirm the delivery date before payment.
Do I need to book a call first?
You can start with a free sample. If you would prefer to discuss the campaign first, book a call.
Can I use Glow Up for technical product records?
Glow Up produces campaign imagery. Technical packshots, compliance-critical images, and views unsupported by your references need a separate discussion about the appropriate production method.
